Got My Ticket!
Woke up later today at 9:50 and jumped on the computer ready to get the tickets for V. It is quite annoying as a networking student to find a certain websites that every year from time to time on certain days get bombarded with hits to find that their servers can not handle the pressure.. Surely these ticket companies realise this?? and yet they don’t do anything about it so instead we get frustrating messages like “Our Servers are Busy” or even worse error messages like “network timed out”… Anyway rant over…
I got my ticket at 10:27 a lot quicker than expected.. I think last year we had to wait for about 40 minutes to get any response from any website..
This year there is a group of 5-6 of us so it should be an epic weekend! Just hope the floods don’t repeat.. although that was fun… it wasn’t at the time.. 
That brings me to the point. with my car a little lower can I drive on to a field??… Time will tell I suppose.. Incidentally that brings me to another… This blog will be 2 years old next month…

V Festival 09
The tickets go on sale at 10pm tomorrow and although it is not set in stone it appears I will be going to this years V festival. I had such a great time last summer (Even though it rained so much our tents got flooded and there was mud everywhere). I could not turn friends down when I was asked if I wanted to go especially with such a great line-up planned. Pendulum, for a start (And I believe they’ll have a new album out by then) Fat Boy Slim, (Although he has just gone in to rehab???), Snow Patrol, Keane, Lilly Allen, The Streets and Oasis to just name a few that I will be seeing.
Although its a long way off I’m already getting excited!
